We have used the phrase "use your words" with Liam since before his first birthday. For a three year old, he does quite well expressing his feelings through words versus over-emotion or becoming physical. His latest expression of frustration and anger towards Mommy:
"My eyes are mad and I want them to be happy!"

- I'm a stay-at-home mom of our three year old son,Liam. I am truly fortunate to be married for 16 years to my loving and meticulously hard working husband and friend, Billy. He supports and recognizes my role in the home with utmost importance and truly believes it to be beneficial to our family. We're proud of our decision to make being home with Liam a priority in our daily lives as we are his first teachers in all that he does. We are very fortunate to have found and belong to St. John's Catholic Church & School and are quite happy here...our pastor is a wonderful man of God. We enjoy his sincerity and humor! We look forward to growing in our new parish as it grows into it's new location of 50 acres. My parents are Liam's Godparents as well as his Grandparents. Although there are nearly 500 miles separating us, they are an important part of his faith and ours, too. We are so thankful to have friends and family like them who inspire us in our ever growing spiritual paths. Thank you for taking the time to read our blog and for being part of our lives!
